Terminal Customer Service

Our Terminal Customer Service attends to both private customers (including direct corporate customers) and freight forwarders. The Customer Service is open 6am - 2am.

For export shipments the Terminal Customer Service issues the air waybills (AWBs) and verifies that the shipment is acceptable for air transportation. For private customers the Terminal Customer Service fills out the AWB as per the information given by the customer in the Shipper’s Letter of Instructions for Carriage by Air (pdf).

The Terminal Customer Service also responds to all import related enquiries and informs customers of arrived shipments and possible further actions to be taken. Customers can also track their shipments via on-line Cargo Tracking.

 

Terminal Charges

Our Terminal Charges document shows the handling, storage and delivery charges for both export and import cargo as well as charges related to special cargo.
