e-services for forwarding agents
Finnair Cargo's e-service channel, which includes e-booking via internet, has been in pilot use in Finland. Based on positive feedback this new channel is now open for forwarding agents also in other countries.
In addition to the e-booking capabilities the system now allows forwarding agents to use e-AWB functionality too.
e-Services in a nutshell:
e-Booking
- Cargo reservation for Finnair Cargo on-line destinations
- Review of reservations made
- Display of schedules
- Possibility to create local customer database (to be used for reservations)
e-AWB
- AWB/HAWB data capture
- Customs control related MRN (movement reference number) entry
- Possibility to print e-booked Air Waybill information
- Allows to take the first step to paperless transportation
e-Tracking
- Shipment tracking
How to start using the e-Services?
Our new e-learning package provides a detailed introduction to Finnair Cargo's e-services.
To request user access to both the e-learning as well as the e-service channel itself please send a message to: egosupport@finnair.com
Once you have received the user name and password you can access the e-learning (concerning the e-booking) by clicking the following link: http://finnaircargo.elearning.fi/finnaircargo/ebooking/
